I think a mason jar, raffia and some cute fabric is a sweet way to create homemade packaging. This is a simple way to spread the love and to show you really put in the extra effort. Not only did you spend time making the treat, it shows you spent time packaging it up as well. It just gives it an extra special touch. Plus picking out fabric for this is fun:)
There are so many ways to wrap a gift creatively, especially for the holidays. I love to use ornaments as a special touch on gifts. It just adds an extra umpff (how in the world do you spell that??) Mixing textures and colors is a fun way to go when it comes to gift wrapping. So dig though your holiday tubs in the basement and find some old ribbon, paper, fabric, florals, what have you, and go to town! You can find ornaments on the cheap and brown butcher paper makes a great gift wrap base to add on ornaments and fun ribbons.
Just have fun with the wrapping process! The holidays are stressful enough! Enjoy this time.
